In early 2025, Payam Associates had the opportunity to lead the external evaluation of the X Initiative—a multi-sector program aimed at improving livelihoods and resilience across rural regions.
Our evaluation approach focused on more than just outcomes—it prioritized learning and inclusion. We worked closely with implementing partners, field teams, and community members to ensure diverse voices shaped the process.
